📖About A Hardcore Plus Plugin
Hardcore Plus is a plugin that enhances the basic hardcore gamemode! Hardcore Plus contains features like commands, admin commands, multiple lives, a ghostmode feature, spectating, and a way to revive people, and also supports 1.21.10+!
Lets start off with the life feature!
A player starts off with default 3 lives. Lives can be withdrawn by typing the command "/widthdrawlife <crafted|stolen|default>", then the life turns into an item and goes into thier inventory, and they lose a life.
When a player dies, they lose a life, and the life instantly drops on death, so if the found thier death spot, they can pickup thier life. When a player dies, the life that drops instantly turns into a stolen life even if they didnt have a stolen life equipped. If the player had a crafted life equipped and died, the crafted life drops as a stolen life. The life that they lose is totally random. if they had a default life and a crafted life and died, either the crafted life or the default life drop as a stolen life (may seem confusing).
If a player gets a hold of a life item, they can right click to equip the life. The player can look in F5 above thier or other players heads, look in tab, or run the command "/lives" to show how many of what lives they equipped. Admins can view other peoples lives by running the command "/lives ". Admins can also set how many lives a player should have by running the command "/setlives ".
Types of lives:
Crafted life (obtained by crafting)
Stolen life (obtained by dying or killing people)
Default life (gained when joined for the first time, when geting revived, or when running the "/setlives" command)
Now lest talk about what happens when a player dies and runs out of lives!
When a player dies, they get set to this gamemode similer to spectator mode but instead of you being able to go through walls, your in survival mode (and cant go through walls but can fly) with infinate invisablility and when an alive player gets within 50 blocks of you, you get a glowing affect so the alive player knows you're there (I like to call this feature "ghostmode").
When a player dies and enters ghostmode, they teleport to where they died and cant leave the 50 block radius from where they died.
