Wind Charges Backport+

Wind Charges Backport+ adds 3 wind charges.

Vanilla Wind charge: sends you up like vanilla wind charges.

Wind Trap: similar to vanilla wind charge but instead of disapearing when thrown this one creates a area where if something enters it they will be affected by it and then this area dissapears.

Wind Bomb: Explodes and damages you slightly, won't break blocks.
