Weather_block

Adds weather blocks that allow you to control the weather in your world without having to cheat (currently available blocks are fair weather and rain)

Please note, this is a non-playable version (or potentially unplayable, but should not corrupt your world)
Updates will be released very soon with new supported versions and plugin and datapack versions.
