Weather Cycler is a lightweight Fabric mod that lets you control weather and time in Survival and Hardcore worlds — without commands.
Everything is done using craftable items, balanced with durability, cooldowns, and Netherite upgrades to keep gameplay fair and vanilla-friendly.
