Warp Totem

Adds a warp totem, allowing you to teleport to a lodestone linked to the totem using a compass.

The totem uses ender pearls from a pot placed above the totem in order to work. It will consume an ender pearl on warp.

NB: In 1.20.1 and older versions, the pots are replaced by barrels !
