Villager Talk

Finally on 1.21.5.
Villagers will now talk when next to a player, sending their message in game chat, with a wide variety of phrases ranging from "Hello" to "Have you ever been to the old ruins outside the village?" and etc, about 800 phrases in total. A very basic mod!

• Some villager lines depend on time of day, weather conditions, profession or even their biome.
• They won't talk to you for a while if you hit them or if there's danger nearby.
• Added support for the Guard Villagers mod, they have normal and angry lines (thx CorruptTypes for the suggestion)
