Tales of the Third Age - Core

This mod is the core for the Tales of the Third Age family of mods and addons for the Middle Earth Mod by Jukos. It handles various server/client packet services, optimizations, and provides an API for our mods to share and assist in integrating with the Middle Earth Minecraft Mod.
