Too Many Shortcuts

Adds support for meta keys such as alt, ctrl, and shift in keybinds.
Allows for creating multiple binds for each keybinds.

This mod will try it's best to support the latest 3 Minecraft versions.
Some changes make this impossible or extremely difficult.
