Tiered Backpacks

This mod adds tiered backpacks to the game.

Requires Fabric API and Fzzy Config. Mod Menu is required to access the in-game config.

Features

• Six backpack tiers: Leather (3x9) → Copper (4x9) → Iron (5x9) → Golden (6x9) → Diamond (6x11) → Netherite (6x13)
• Size of each backpack fully configurable up to 16x16 slots, with reasonable defaults out of the box
• Open backpacks by right-clicking them, or from your inventory by pressing a keybind (default B)
• Backpacks can be attached to and detached from chestplates. The attached backpack can be opened by pressing a keybind (default B) while the chestplate is equipped
• All backpacks except netherite are dyeable like other leather equipment
• Upgrading backpacks keeps their contents and color
• Extensive configuration for toggling equip and open methods and other rules

Mod compatibility

• Accessories: Allows equipping the backpack as an accessory and opening it by pressing a keybind (default B)
• Shulker Box Tooltip: Allows previewing backpack contents in the tooltip
• ItemSwapper: Allows quick-swapping with items from the Devices list
• Item Descriptions: Provided item descriptions for backpacks
