The One Who Watches is a psychological horror mod made by Pixel Coder

This mod aims to make the player feel incredibly uneasy, fearful, and hyper observant. The One Who Watches is a stalker who CAN kill you but doesn't HAVE to kill you. Sometimes He would much rather torture you or make you go insane. He will make you think you are seeing Him in places He is not. Even though He may not always seem aggressive do NOT GO NEAR HIM because like I said before, He CAN kill you and He will. He may let you escape though only because He would much rather see you run in fear then for your life to be over so quick. The only thing you can do to avoid Him is to LISTEN for footsteps, ALWAYS be WATCHING for Him, and STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HIM AS POSSIBLE.

He will not spawn during the first day/night cycle

He may not show up every night
