Spectrum Storage

This adds a tool container, bottomless bottle, and bottomless shelf to Spectrum progression.

A tool container can contain all the extra tools you have in a single item slot.

A bottomless bottle can contain a large amount of fluid inside a single item slot.

A bottomless shelf can hold 6 bottomless bundles and bottles inside a single block, and remember the items and fluids they held, allowing for easy filtering.

NOTE: This project requires Krysztal's Language Scala, and specifically with a scala version of at least 3.3.6, which is NOT the latest version on the download page! Be sure to download the correct version.
