A Hardcore SMP Experience with Souls, Hearts, and Permanent Power
Every death costs a heart. Every kill grants a soul.
Core Features
Heart System
- Start with 10 hearts (20 HP)
- Lose 1 heart when killed by another player
- Gain 1 heart when you kill someone
- 1–20 heart cap – no one becomes invincible
- -2 hearts for environmental deaths (lava, void, creeper, fall)
Soul Abilities
- Every PvP kill grants a permanent random soul ability
- Effects include:
- Speed I/II
- Fire Resistance
- Strength I
- Night Vision
- Regeneration
- Jump Boost
- Haste
- and more!
- Stackable – collect multiples for mastery
Killstreak & Anti-Farming
- Track your current & best killstreak
- 60-second cooldown per victim to prevent farming
- Special rewards & broadcasts at 5+ streak
Persistent Data
- All progress (hearts, kills, abilities, streaks) saved to disk
- Survives server restarts
- Stored per-player in
world/soulbound/players/
HUD & Controls
- Clean overlay in top-right corner ONLY ON SERVER
- Shows: Hearts, Killstreak, Soul Abilities
- Toggle with
H
- Press
K to instantly open /abilities menu (see all your powers)
