Usage Steps

Craft a golem tome with a book, a snowball, and a carved pumpkin.
Get a snow golem hat by crafting a snowball with a carved pumpkin or shearing a snow golem.
Enchant your golem tome in an enchanting table.

Put the snow golem hat with the golem tome in an anvil (the golem tome is reusable) to enchant the snow golem hat.
Make a new snow golem with your new snow golem hat. (or just click it onto a hat-less snow golem)
Watch your snow golem have new abilities!
