Smart Creeper

Modifies creeper behavior to prioritize attacking container blocks (chests, machines, etc.,configurable). When encountering cats, creepers will transform into charged creepers instead of fleeing (configurable).

Additionally, zombies can now break containers, skeletons shoot them to destroy after a set number of hits, and endermen can carry them away. Each behavior is configurable (range, triggers, and enable/disable).
