This library mod is created for all my Simple Stations mods

Includes:

Base screen rendering and data slots initialization
Moves repetitive code to a single place to ease migration to other versions
Introduce abstract class and strategies for flexible reusage
Resources as base logic for consumable: items, fluids, energy and other stuff

Breaking changes between major versions are expected
