📖About Shinobi Alliance
Shinobi Alliance
A Naruto-Inspired Rank & Village System for Fabric Servers
Shinobi Alliance is a server-side Fabric mod inspired by the world of Naruto, designed for SMPs and singleplayer worlds that want to bring shinobi-style ranks, villages, and progression into Minecraft. It provides a full ranking and village identity system while integrating seamlessly with popular permission and claim mods.
This mod is perfect for servers or worlds that want to incorporate Naruto-themed structure, roleplay, and identity in a fun and unique way—without adding custom dimensions or large content overhauls.
The way this mod works is that as you complete Vanilla Minecraft achievements, you gain rank using a set point system. The harder the achievement, the more points you get. The achievements are categorized by difficulty, and I picked and chose personally what each achievement should be worth. I don't have a full list of what each achievement is worth, but to give you an idea; Tier 1 (Easy) = 1 point - Basic gameplay, early-game tasks. Tier 2 (Normal) = 2 points - Mid-game progression, exploration. Tier 3 (Hard) = 3 points - Challenging tasks, boss fights, rare items. Tier 4 (Extreme) = 5 points - Completionist goals, dangerous tasks, full collections. The achievement, How Did We Get Here?, is the only one that is worth 10 points. As of right now there are 124 achievements I am tracking in this mod, and as Minecraft adds more so will I.

Optional Integrations

- Open Parties and Claims (OPAC): Used for advanced claim metadata and rank-based claim limits.
- LuckPerms: Allows synchronization with server permission groups.
- Xaero’s Minimap / World Map: Supports enhanced player/rank display on HUD elements.
These integrations extend functionality but are completely optional.

This mod is server-side only and requires no client installation.
Players can join with a standard Fabric or vanilla client.
The mod also functions in singleplayer since Minecraft uses an integrated server.
