Scythescraft

cythescraft - This mod adds five varieties of scythes: non-merite (only +1.16.5), diamond, gold, iron, stone and wood. They differ only in strength and radius. The strength of the scythe is the same as that of hoes in minecraft.

The radius of operation
stone scythe and wooden scythe - 2 blocks
golden scythe and iron scythe - 3 blocks
nezerite scythe and diamond scythe - 4 blocks
