Sculk Ruins

This datapack adds a new structure: the sculk ruins, a new and easier place to sneak into and find the warden.

Sculk ruins provide an exclusive loot focused on spawning the warden ourself where we wish to. Going to ancient cities still make sense tho since they still have their own exclusive loots such as disk fragment or sneak enchant.

If you want to experiment the warden without digging and mining, and wish there was a way to get working sculk shrieker, this datapack makes it partially possible with the sculk ruins.
