Mountain Toolkit: Scroll Control

Scroll Control is a lightweight client-side Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.21.11 that makes scrolling feel more precise, flexible, and consistent across hotbar navigation and long item tooltips.

Features

Hotbar Navigation

• Hotbar Left / Right Keybinds
  • Scroll hotbar left by 1 slot
  • Scroll hotbar right by 1 slot

Scrolling Options

• Disable Scrolling (default: off)
  • Disables hotbar scrolling behavior
• Reverse Scroll Direction (default: off)
  • Inverts scroll direction for hotbar actions
• Prevent Overflow Scrolling (default: off)
  • Prevents wrap-around between slot 1 and slot 9
• CTRL Fast Scroll x4 (default: off)
  • Hold CTRL to scroll 4x faster when enabled

Tooltip Controls

• Scrollable Tooltips (default: on)
  • Mouse wheel: scroll tooltip up/down
  • Shift + mouse wheel: scroll tooltip left/right
  • Activates when tooltip content is too large to fit on screen

Compatibility

• Mod Menu compatible for easy in-game configuration
• Client-side only (no server installation required)
