Readds Spawn Chunks which were removed in 25w31a.
Spawn Chunks are chunks around spawn that are always loaded
19x19 Chunks by default
Commands
/function spawnchunks:admin/set {value:9}
modifies the area of Spawn Chunks specified by the number following value: (Default: 9)
