Respawn Token

Players can right-click the Respawn Token after death to be teleported back to their death location.

Binding Glue

Crafting the token is simple! All you need is 2 token parts, and a bottle of Binding Glue.

The binding glue is also craftable with a Honey Bottle, Slime Ball, and a Stick. 

Finding the token parts, is another question - These token parts can be found in most, if not all vanilla Minecraft loot chests, and the Wandering Trader will also trade these with you, for a fair price.
