PvpSys

A simple serverside mod to allow players to toggle there pvp via /pvp.

Players in combat will have to wait cooldown time set in config before they can turn off pvp.
You can also set if pvp is enabled or disabled for new players.

configurable messages in config with hex support #AAAAAA :)
