"Wind Check Interval" - "How often villagers check windspeed (in seconds)"
"Shelter Search Radius" - "How far villagers will search for shelter during storms (in blocks)"
"In-Storm Check Interval" - "How often hiding villagers check if the storm has passed (in seconds)"
"Villager Timeout Time" - "Time a villager has to reach shelter before being teleported (in seconds)"
"TakeCover" - "Weather or not villagers take cover"
