Displays durability percentages for all hotbar items

Shows offhand durability (e.g., shields)

Text is rendered on-screen, centered for visibility

Dynamic color coding (Green >60%, Yellow >30%, Red ≤30%)

Works in both singleplayer and multiplayer (client-side HUD)

Developer: Will soon pair with uku's armor HUD
