PBP/Advanced Netherite Compat

Adds katanas, cutlasses, and multitools (from the Peanut Butter Pretzels mod) for all tiers of netherite for the Advanced Netherite mod. (May add support for hammers and plated shields in the future.)

Needs Peanut Butter Pretzels to work.
