Pale Garden Effects

This is a standalone mod that contains just the FX from my mod Pale World, because sometimes you just want to play a prettier vanilla Minecraft.

Current Features:

• Pale Garden Fog
• Open Eyeblossoms emit light

Compatibility:

• Hasn't been tested with any mods adding similar features
• Fog will not render with Iris installed with a shader in use, but otherwise works.
• Compatible with Fog, though I am able to exercise less control so it may appear differently.
