Orbital Strike Cannon Stab Shot

Inspired by Wemmbu, this datapack / mod adds a stab shot "orbital strike cannon" which you can use to obliterate anything. Crafted with a measly 4 TNT and a fishing rod, you can have a lot of fun blowing stuff up.
