What is this mod about?
Recon Omega: Military Armor is a stylized military Armor mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 on Forge. The Armor sets look semi-realistic and will perfectly fit into your MilSim (military simulator/roleplay), multiplayer shooter or zombie apocalypse. Craft an Armory Block to begin purchasing your gear with Emeralds in an intuitive HUD. No guide needed, everything is straight-forward and easy to use!
Features:
Equip your Vests with up to 3 Armor Plates! These will each take a low-damage hit for you - but only if they're dealt by a mob or a player. Perfect to tank a few shots from a pistol, but it'll not withstand a hit from a sniper rifle (firearms not included in the mod!)
Some helmets feature Night Vision Goggles! Use them for immersive night combat! They can be toggled on or off if you so desire (Using V by default)
Each Armor piece has identical stats to Diamond Armor. Pick any combination of Armor without worrying too much about stats. Fair play between all factions!
When enabled via a gamerule, Hostile Mobs can now spawn with Military Armor! Improve immersion in military or zombie apocalypse or whatever experience you want to create! This is disabled by default.
