Unknown is a psychological horror mod that feeds on the player’s fear and confusion. The entity known only as Unknown watches from the darkness, appearing when your sanity begins to fade.

The mod introduces a dynamic sanity system, where your perception of the world changes as your mind deteriorates—sounds distort, vision blurs, and reality bends. The more you lose control, the closer Unknown gets.

Your sanity goes up if you sleep, regenerate, or if you are in a zone with lights

It goes down when you take damage, when certain interactions happen, when you see something uncanny, when you hit an entity or when you are in the dark

It can:

grab you by the feet
make body fall from the sky
make your screen black and white
interactions in chat
knows your name
can jumpscare you when you are sleeping
cool sounds
