Noteblock Decrementer

A friend asked me if I could make an item that decreases the tone of note blocks. I added the "Noteblock Decrementer" :).

The item lowers the tone of a note block when shift clicked.
Clicking the block without holding down shift will still increase its tone, as interaction with a noteblock is prioritized over item usage.
