No Silverfish XP drop

This is a quick patch made to fix Infestation farms;

Completely removes XP dropped by Silverfish to prevent Infestation Farms from working as intended.

Works server-side, no need to download it on the client (It is made with server admins in mind, mainly for vanilla balancing).
