No Rotation Lock

I use this on mcparks. Some rides and riding entities limit your rotation angles or how far you can look side to side. When in freecam this can be annoying, so this mod was created.

This should also work with other mods/versions. Compatability with SmoothCoasters was added to allow for automatic head rotation while on rides as well.
