No Portals

Disable Nether Portals, End Portals, and End Gateways at your will.
Tested in 1.19.2, 1.19.3, 1.20.2, 1.20.4, 1.21, 1.21.3, and above.

Options

Configure this mod by using /noportals in game or editing noportals.json in the world folder.
