More SlashBlade Ex Enchantment Effects
An addon mod for SlashBlade: Resharped that greatly expands the enchantment system of Slash Blades, giving each sword a unique combat style.
Introduction
SlashBlade: Resharped's original enchantment enhancement system only includes Soul Speed and Feather Falling, which is clearly insufficient on the path of pursuing ultimate combat in the Shura realms.
This mod adds a large number of additional enchantment enhancement effects to Slash Blades, allowing them to use almost every enchantment that exists in vanilla Minecraft. From armor-type enchantments that enhance defense, to weapon-type enchantments that change the performance of shooting arts, to special enchantments adapted to specific environments—every sword swing will be filled with infinite possibilities.
Through carefully combining these enchantment enhancement effects, you can create the perfect sword tailored to your own combat style. Whether you're a Summoned Sword master focused on ranged combat or a sword art expert proficient in close-quarters combat, you'll find the most suitable enchantment combination for yourself.
Feature List
This mod does not have a configuration file, but you can prevent specific enchantments from being applied to Slash Blades through the configuration file of its prerequisite mod: mrqx's Slashblade Core.
Armor-type Enchantment Enhancements
- Protection, Blast Protection, Projectile Protection, Feather Falling, Respiration, Frost Walker, Swift Sneak, Aqua Affinity, Depth Strider, and other armor enchantments can now be applied to Slash Blades.
- The effects of these enchantments are the same as on armor and can stack with similar effects from other sources.
Summoned Sword Quantity & Quality
- Multishot: Increases the number of Summoned Swords fired in all shooting arts, without consuming additional Proud Soul Value.
- Piercing: Summoned Swords can penetrate multiple targets, each level increases maximum penetration count.
- Infinity: Using basic Summoned Swords no longer consumes Proud Soul Value.
Summoned Sword Enhancement
- Quick Charge: Reduces charging time for Summoned Sword Arrays, 3 ticks reduction per level.
- Punch: Summoned Swords launch targets upward upon hit, each level increases launch force.
- Flame: Summoned Swords have a chance to become fire swords, with increased probability in hot environments.
- Channeling: Summoned Swords have a chance to call lightning, with significantly increased probability during thunderstorms.
Environmental Adaptation
- Impaling: Deals extra damage to targets in water/rain, +20% damage per level.
- Riptide: When swinging blade in water/rain, propels you forward and increases damage, +20% damage and speed per level.
- Lure: Pulls targets closer when hitting with blade swing, each level increases pull strength.
- Luck of the Sea: When killing creatures in water/rain, adds Luck of the Sea level to Looting level.
Other Utility Enhancements
- Efficiency: Blade swings have a chance to spawn an extra Summoned Sword and break shields.
- Loyalty: When performing Proud Soul Enchanting or copying SA/SE, has a chance to not consume materials.
- Silk Touch: Doubles success rate for Proud Soul Enchanting. When copying SE, can preserve the SE on the blade.
