Finally making Gold useful in Minecraft!

Are you tired of Gold Tools mining fast but breaking after just a few blocks? More Easy Stuff is a "Quality of Life" mod that bridges the gap between the speed of Gold and the durability of Netherite.

My goal is simple: Make survival fun and remove the tedious parts of mining.

✨ Key Features

1. Hardened Gold Set

I created a new material that combines the best properties of Gold and Netherite.

  • ⚡ Insane Speed: All tools have Efficiency XII by default. You will mine stone like it's butter.
  • 🛡️ High Durability: Over 2000 uses (more than Netherite!).
  • ⛏️ Power: The Pickaxe can mine Obsidian and Ancient Debris instantly.
  • 🔥 Enchantability: Like vanilla gold, these items get the best enchantments easily.

2. Golden Food System

Stop eating boring steak! This mod adds over 20+ new Golden Food items (Golden Bread, Golden Potato, etc.).

  • The Buffs: Eating ANY golden food grants you Haste and Regeneration.
  • The Synergy: Combine Haste with your Hardened Gold Pickaxe for an Insta-Mine experience.
  • Crafting: Very cheap! Just surround vanilla food with Gold Nuggets.

⚙️ Recipes

The crafting is designed to be balanced for Survival mode.

  • Hardened Gold Ingot: Combine 1x Gold Ingot + 1x Iron Ingot -> 2x Hardened Ingots.
  • Tools & Armor: Standard vanilla recipes, but using Hardened Gold Ingots.
  • Repairing: You can repair all items in an Anvil using Hardened Gold Ingots.

📥 Installation

⚠️ Requirement: This mod requires NeoForge for Minecraft 1.21.8.

  1. Download and install the latest NeoForge installer.
  2. Download the More Easy Stuff .jar file from the versions tab.
  3. Place the file into your mods folder.
  4. Enjoy!
