Mod Menu - BTA Port

This is a port of Mod Menu for the Beta 1.7.3 mod Better than Adventure! with Babric. This port is based on calmilamsy's port to Beta 1.7.3, and is thus based on a relatively old codebase. However, it does port some stuff from modern version, like the author and contributor section in the mod info that does not exist back in the original port.
