Lower Shelves

This was already available in-game with commands, but with this mod it unlocks it for everyone! In snapshots they originally had the items be towards the bottom, but decided to change it. They still kept an option for those who want to use it though for builds and aesthetics.

Now when you Sneak-Right click the shelve it will lower it for you. Nothing else is changed.

This mod can be ran entirely server side. Clients don't need it.
