📖About LootLens

Loot Lens

Scale and highlight the items that matter.

💡 Overview

Makes specific dropped items bigger and adds custom glow colors. Lost a totem in a lava pile? Not anymore.

Default setup highlights netherite armor + totems at 2x scale with white glow. Fully customizable.

🔧 Features

Item scaling → 1x to 5x multiplier
RGB glow colors → Full color control with sliders
Per-item configuration → Right-click items in GUI to customize individually
Profile system → Save setups for mining, combat, farming
Auto-save → Settings persist between sessions
Client-side → Works on any server, no server mod needed

📋 Usage

Press K to open the item selector (rebindable).

Left-click → Toggle focus on/off
Right-click → Configure scale and glow color

GUI includes search, category filters, and profile switching. Changes save automatically.

🔧 Built-in Profiles

Combat → Netherite armor, totems, golden apples (enabled by default)
Mining → Diamonds, ancient debris, emeralds, ores
Default → Blank template for custom setups

You can create your own profiles and switch between them in the GUI.

⚙️ Configuration

Access through Mod Menu or edit .minecraft/config/lootlens/config.json

Available settings:

  • Scale multiplier (1x-5x)
  • Glow colors (full RGB)
  • Render distance
  • Performance mode
  • Per-item overrides

🚀 Performance

Tested with 100+ focused items:

  • Vanilla: ~1ms frame time increase
  • Sodium: <0.5ms
  • Performance mode: negligible impact

If your FPS drops, it's probably not this mod.

✅ Compatibility

Works with Sodium, Iris, Mod Menu, and any multiplayer server (client-side only).

Tested on 1.21.11, should work on all 1.21.x versions.

No OptiFine support. Use Sodium.
