LazyDFU Reloaded

This mod is an unofficial port of the LazyDFU mod by content creator astei.
It now adds support for Forge, NeoForge modloaders, and has updated Fabric support to newer versions.
Additionally, the loading and unloading of resource packs has been further optimized.
