Profile the client thread to get per frame data to indentify the cause of frame time lag spikes.

How it works:

Run /profile [seconds] to start the profiler for the specified duration.
The profiler result will be saved in the minecraft instance folder being named after the current time (yyyy-MM-dd_HH-mm-ss.lagspikeprofile).
Load the profiler result using the LagSpikeProfiler Viewer.
