KubeJS EnderIO

This mod adds KubeJS integration to EnderIO.

Current features:

• full support and builders for all recipe types
• custom bindings to generate chanced and ranged outputs for special recipe types
• the ability to filter inherited vanilla smelting recipes from the Alloy Smelter
• events:
  • register custom capacitors
  • register custom conduits
  • add new grinding balls
  • add/remove/modify vat reagents
