Instamine Deepslate

It slightly tweaks the attributes of netherite pickaxes so that, when combined with Efficiency V and Haste II, you are able to instamine deepslate.

If you're curious, I'm using a hidden advancement in order to detect that a player grabbed a netherite pickaxe, and then applying an item modifier that gives it juuust a little extra block breaking speed.
