Improved Shield

Using this mod, shields will behave as follows:

1. You can attack even while blocking.
2. You can walk at normal speed while blocking.
3. The shield's display position lowers, making it easier to see ahead.

When used on a server, the mod’s features remain disabled unless the server administrator explicitly opts in.
