Golems of Qin Shi

Golems of Qin Shi (GolemsOQS) brings your Copper Golem to life as a loyal, practical little companion that actually helps. Toggle Pet Mode with a copper ingot in your right hand and your golem becomes your steadfast sidekick, it will follow, sit on command, and stick close even when you wander off teleporting back to you, just like wolves.

When trouble shows up, your golem switches from cute to capable. It can identify nearby hostiles, close in for melee, or throw a trident at range when the enemy is afar. Trident throws are timed and controlled, so it doesn’t spam, and temporary tridents clean up quickly so your world doesn’t fill with clutter.

Buff system:

While your golem is in Pet Mode and you’re its owner, you can “charge” it with a simple buff by using certain items on it. Each buff gives your golem a clear, colored aura so you can tell at a glance what buff is currently applied. Buffs are quick to apply, easy to swap, and designed to be vanilla friendly and readable.

Diamond (light blue) Extra Melee Damage.
Emerald (light green) Extra Defence.
Slimb Ball (slime green) Apply stickyness/slowness to target range only.
Redstone (warm red/orange) Quickness Golems move faster less teleport.
Party (rainbow cycling) Fireworks 5% chance of multi-explosions.

Party buff adds a fun flourish, when your golem dispatches an enemy with a trident, an instant burst firework will lighten up the night.

It’s designed to feel vanilla friendly, sensible distances, and behavior that’s easy to understand while still being smart enough to keep up. Whether you’re mining, building, or getting jumped at night, your GolemsOQS buddy adds that “extra pair of hands” vibe.

Right click with Copper Ingot in Right hand On/Off, empty right hand right click to sit/wait. Little Golems (no cap) try keep it under 20 battle ready trident throwing Copper Golems, if item in golems hands on initial Pet On, any item/stacks held will be dropped at golems feet, remember to pick up your stuff. Only for overworld!
