Golems Recognize Item Frames

Makes Copper Golems recognize item frames as filters.

Additionally, prevents golems from going to put an item in a chest they can't deposit into, saving a lot of useless chest opening.

Overwrites some of the Copper Golem logic so probably won't be compatible with any mods that interact with this mob.
