This mod makes the item use delay 0 instead of 4, making you place blocks faster. (Eh? You get it? FastPlace? Nevermind...)
You can use this mod to do quite a lot of clutches, but remember:

This mod may be considered cheating in some servers; make sure the server allows the mod before you use it.
