Expert Dimension Travel

Have you ever thought that the Nether is a little too easy to enter? Or maybe that the outer End islands being optional is a little silly? Expert Dimension Travel aims to resolve these by implementing the following changes:

• Nether Portals can only be activated in Ruined Portal structures. Including in the Nether!
• Nether Portals are one-way, and will generate "broken" portals where you come out!
• The central fountain in the End has been changed, with no exit portal generating after the Ender Dragon has been defeated!
• Using an End Gateway to access the outer End islands no longer generates a return gateway at the destination, however...
• ...using an End Gateway in the outer End islands returns you to the Overworld instead of merely teleporting you to the main End island.
