WIP Mod for the "Mannequin" Entity.

Current features:

• /mannequin spawn
• Mannequin death messages (/expandedmannequins deathMessages)
• Mannequin descriptions (/mannequin description)
• Mannequin hiding/showing descriptions (/mannequin hideDescription)
  WIP features:
• Mannequin inventories
  Do /mannequin scan to toggle mannequin scanning.
  Do /expandedmannequins verbose to get more info when running commands.
