Be it a feather of a Wing,
A rat of the backstreets,
A Fixer of the Nest,
or a member of the Syndicates.
They all endure the cruelty of the city.
The goal of this mod is to implement a variety of mechanics from the Project Moon games. Namely "Limbus Company", "Library of Ruina" and "Lobotomy Corporation". These mechanics are adapted utilizing the Epic Fight mod as a base.
Newly added Weapons and Armor now each have an ability card. These can be utilized using special armor and weapon ability keybinds to use a special skill of the Weapon.
Players now have a combat resource called "Light". This resource is used to cast abilities and enhance certain skills. It passively regenerates and uses the attribute system to set a limit.
In order to increase max light the player can increase their "Emotion Level". This stat is increased via combat actions such as attacking, parrying etc. and decays passively.
Players now have "Sanity". This stat passively regenerates and can be drained via status effects such as sinking. When reaching 0 Sanity the player will enter a Panic state. Becoming stunned for the duration of the state.
In addition to Sanitys players now have a "Stagger" bar. This bar decreases when taking damage or blocking and increases when parrying or utilizing certain skills. When stagger reaches 0 the entity is "Staggered". In this state incoming damage is doubled and the player is stunned.
Attacks are now categorized into "Slash, Pierce, Blunt" and "Red, White, Black, Pale" Attack and Damage Types respectively. Certain armor sets provide different resistances to different damage types.
Certain weapons inflict Status Effects similar to Limbus Companys system of "Count" and "Potency". Most effects decay in a 15 second cycle and some effects instantly decay entirely once that time elapses (such as Offense Level Up).
This mod contains a wide variety of Weapons. Most either based off of fixer weapons or E.G.O Weapons. These weapons usually contain a large variety of mechanics involving status effects, teammates etc. The different armor sets and weapons can be combined in different ways and will usually lead to interesting results.
Most items in the mod have detailed, multi page descriptions detailing their precise mechanics.
Pages can be switched with the arrow keys by default and status descriptions can be viewed by holding shift.
The Weapons added to this mod utilize adjusted Epic Fight mechanics. For instance parrying attacks with high impact can still stun the Player if they don't have enough sanity. Most parries also have a penalty for being "spammed" now. (Primarily applied to parries with associated effects).
Player characters will have Dialogue Bubbles pop up above them during certain events (Attacks, Health / Sanity thresholds, On Kill etc.). These can also be triggered via commands.
When taking damage blood will gradually accumulate on player characters. This is not affected by healing effects and will only decay over time.
