This mod allows you to make custom "documents" for your minecraft world/server.
Supports the use of local (resourcepack) and/or remote (url) assets.

Complex multi-page as well as simple "id" card documents can be created!

Requires FCL (Fexcraft Common Library), except on 1.16!
